Cancellation policy
Orders can be canceled free of charge 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time.
- At 24 hours before delivery, you will be charged 25% of the cost of your order.
- At 12 hours before delivery, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your order.
- Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable, and you will still be required to pay the full amount of your order cost.
- You can also always cancel 20% of your order on the spot, free of charge, and receive a full refund for that portion.
When will my order arrive?
We work with time slots. When you choose a time for your order, your reservation has a window of arrival of 30 minutes. So if you choose a delivery time of 19:00, your order should arrive between 19:00 and 19:00
What is the estimated delivery time?
You will see the estimated delivery time is shown after entering your address. On the site, you’ll have the option of Express Delivery or picking a later time.
Even before ordering, you will also see an estimated real-time delivery times on the map of our homepage.
What is the min/maximum amount of pizzas I need to order?
We can send our trucks for as little as 4 pizza. We have no maximum, if your event is really big, you can build your own pizza truck festival with us!
What are your dietary options?
- Gluten-Free: No, we do not offer gluten-free pizza. Currently, our pizza carts are not yet equipped to safely carry both gluten-free flour and regular flour without cross-contamination. However, our salads (Mango Avocado, Caprese, and Tuna salad) are naturally gluten-free.
- Lactose-Free: Yes! Optionally, we serve a lactose-free mozzarella and none of the other pizza ingredients contain lactose.
- Vegan: Yes! Optionally, we serve a vegan mozzarella (made of almonds). We have four completely vegan options on the menu (Bianco, Margherita, Pumpkin, Benissimo pizzas). We’ve received great reviews of our vegan mozzarella!
- Allergies: Please let us know if you have any allergies or further special dietary requirements.
What are the payment options when I order online?
All online orders must be paid in advance. After confirming your order, you can pay via:

If you see one of our carts parked near you, you can always approach the pizza chef to ask if they are available! If they are ready to take an order, you can place an order directly with them using the QR code on the back of pizza trucks.
If they are busy, they can send another pizza cart that can arrive at your location within 30 minutes.
What does express delivery mean?
Express delivery is our quickest delivery option. With express, you don’t need to make your order days in advance. Our trucks arrive to you within 20-30 minutes (may vary), depending on your location.
What do I do if there's an issue with my delivery or I want to make a change?

I want to host a party/event with a Holy Moly Pizza truck. How can I book this?
Our pizzas are a great party starter. This includes birthday parties, neighborhood gatherings, or lunches – anything you can think of !
Do I need to stay outside with the pizza chef while they are cooking?
No, you are not expected to stay outside with the pizza chef while they are cooking. Of course, our Chefs always enjoy the attention and can answer any questions you have, but if you want to stay inside while they are prepping your fresh pizza, feel free!
What is the size of the pizza cart?
Our carts are only 140 centimeters wide, 390 centimeters long, and 225 centimeters high, so they are able to park on most streets in the Amsterdam area. Please let our Customer Support know beforehand if you have any concerns/questions about parking the pizza cart on your street.
Can you park close to my house ?
We will always try to park as close to your front door or venue as possible. If you know that your street is busy, please try to reserve a parking spot for us. If your sidewalk is large enough, we can also park there.
Once the chef arrives, how long does it take to cook the pizza?
Our chefs are speedy! Our carts can cook 5 pizzas (about 40 slices) every 15 minutes, so you and your guests will be enjoying our warm, fresh dough in no time.
