Terms of Conditions

1. Definitions
- Entrepreneur: Holy Moly Pizza Plessi BV, located at Ravenswade 210B, 3439 LD Nieuwegein, Chamber of Commerce number 56849060, VAT number NL852330522B01, IBAN: NL66INGB0101092717, BIC: INGBNL2A.
- Customer: any natural person or legal entity placing an order or using the services of Holy Moly Pizza.
- Agreement: any arrangement between Holy Moly Pizza and the customer.
2. Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, bookings, and agreements between Holy Moly Pizza and the customer.
- Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Offers and Prices
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last.
- Holy Moly Pizza reserves the right to change prices, except for confirmed orders.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
- Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods, unless otherwise agreed.
- For business bookings, an invoice may be issued, payable within 14 days.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs.
5. Delivery and Execution
- Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer, within the delivery area of Holy Moly Pizza, or on location at booked events.
- Delivery times are indicative; we do our best to be on time, but force majeure may cause delays.
- Holy Moly Pizza bakes pizzas fresh on location in Roman style, if included in the booking.
6. Cancellation and Changes
- Private orders can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery.
- For events and business bookings: cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled date are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 7 days may be charged up to 50% of the invoice; within 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.
- Changes in the number of people or the order must be communicated in time.
7. Complaints and Liability
- Complaints must be reported in writing or by email within 48 hours after delivery.
- The liability of Holy Moly Pizza is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
- Holy Moly Pizza is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
8. Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to all circumstances beyond the control of Holy Moly Pizza that reasonably prevent compliance with the agreement, such as extreme weather, traffic problems, or staff illness.
9. Applicable Law
- These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
- Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
