When will my order arrive?
We work with time slots. When you choose a time for your order, your reservation has a window of arrival of 30 minutes. So if you choose a delivery time of 19:00, your order should arrive between 19:00 and 19:00
You will see the estimated delivery time is shown after entering your address. On the site, you’ll have the option of Express Delivery or picking a later time. Even before ordering, you will also see an estimated real-time delivery times on the map of our homepage.
We can send our trucks for as little as 4 pizza. We have no maximum, if your event is really big, you can build your own pizza truck festival with us!
Gluten-Free: No, we do not offer gluten-free pizza. Currently, our pizza carts are not yet equipped to safely carry both gluten-free flour and regular flour without cross-contamination. However, our salads (Mango Avocado, Caprese, and Tuna salad) are naturally gluten-free.

Lactose-free: Yes! Optionally, we serve a lactose free mozzarella and none of the other pizza-ingredients contain lactose.

Vegan: Yes! Optionally, we serve a vegan mozzarella (made of almonds). So, we have four completely vegan options on the menu (Bianco, Margherita, Pumpkin, Benissimo pizzas). We’ve received great reviews of our vegan mozzarella!

Allergies: Please let us know if you have any allergies or further special dietary requirements.
All online orders are paid in advance before the pizza cart arrives . You will be asked to make a payment after confirming your order. We accept the following payment methods:

If you see one of our carts parked near you, you can always approach the pizza chef to ask if they are available! If they are ready to take an order, you can place an order directly with them using the QR code on the back of pizza trucks. If they are busy, they can send another pizza cart that can arrive at your location within 30 minutes.
Express delivery is our quickest delivery option. With express, you don’t need to make your order days in advance. Our trucks arrive to you within 20-30 minutes (may vary), depending on your location.
You can contact our customer service for any questions or issues regarding your order. There are a few ways to do this – via our contact page at the bottom of our webpage, via email (pizza@holymoly.pizza), or on Whatsapp (085 130 6916 ).
Our pizzas are a great party starter. This includes birthday parties, neighborhood gatherings, or lunches – anything you can think of !
No, you are not expected to stay outside with the pizza chef while they are cooking. Of course, our Chefs always enjoy the attention and can answer any questions you have, but if you want to stay inside while they are prepping your fresh pizza, feel free!
Our carts are only 140 centimeters wide, 390 centimeters long, and 225 centimeters high, so they are able to park on most streets in the Amsterdam area. Please let our Customer Support know beforehand if you have any concerns/questions about parking the pizza cart on your street.
We will always try to park as close to your front door or venue as possible. If you know that your street is busy, please try to reserve a parking spot for us. If your sidewalk is large enough, we can also park there.
Our chefs are speedy! Our carts can cook 5 pizzas (about 40 slices) every 15 minutes, so you and your guests will be enjoying our warm, fresh dough in no time.
Our pizzas are 30 centimeters in size. For kids, we also offer smaller pizzas.

Orders can be canceled free of charge 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time.

  • At 24 hours before delivery, you will be charged 25% of the cost of your order.
  • At 12 hours before delivery, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your order.
  • Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable, and you will still be required to pay the full amount of your order cost.
  • You can also always cancel 20% of your order on the spot, free of charge, and receive a full refund for that portion.

Wanneer komt mijn bestelling aan?

We werken met tijdslots. Als je bijvoorbeeld 19:00 kiest, betekent dat dat je bestelling tussen 19:00 en 19:30 wordt bezorgd.

Wat is de geschatte bezorgtijd?

Zodra je je adres invoert, zie je direct de verwachte bezorgtijd. Je kunt kiezen voor Express Delivery (snelle levering) of een later moment reserveren.
Zelfs vóórdat je bestelt, zie je op onze homepage een kaart met actuele levertijden.

Wat is het minimale en maximale aantal pizza’s per bestelling?

We komen al langs vanaf 4 pizza’s. Er is geen maximum – organiseer gerust je eigen pizza truck festival als je groot uitpakt!

Welke dieetopties hebben jullie?

  • Glutenvrij: Helaas bieden we geen glutenvrije pizza’s aan, omdat onze pizza karren niet geschikt zijn om glutenvrij en regulier meel veilig te scheiden. Wel zijn onze salades (Mango Avocado, Caprese, Tonijn) van nature glutenvrij.
  • Lactosevrij: Ja! We hebben lactosevrije mozzarella en al onze andere ingrediënten zijn lactosevrij.
  • Vegan: Ja! We hebben vegan mozzarella (gemaakt van amandelen) en vier volledig vegan pizza’s: Bianco, Margherita, Pumpkin en Benissimo. Onze vegan mozzarella krijgt veel lof!
  • Allergieën: Laat het ons weten bij je bestelling, dan houden we er rekening mee.

Welke betaalopties zijn er bij online bestellingen?

Alle online bestellingen betaal je vooraf. Na bevestiging van je order kun je betalen via:

Ik zag net een Holy Moly Pizza truck in de buurt. Kunnen jullie nu komen?

Je mag altijd even naar onze pizzachef toe lopen. Als ze tijd hebben, kun je ter plekke bestellen via de QR-code op de achterkant van de truck. Zijn ze bezet? Dan kunnen we vaak een andere pizza kar binnen 30 minuten sturen.

Wat betekent Express Delivery?

Dit is onze snelste bezorgoptie. Je hoeft niet dagen van tevoren te bestellen – we zijn vaak al binnen 20-30 minuten bij je, afhankelijk van je locatie.

Moet ik buiten blijven bij de pizza chef?

Nee hoor. Je mag lekker binnen blijven zitten terwijl wij je pizza’s bereiden. Maar onze chefs vinden het altijd gezellig als je even een praatje komt maken.

Wat is de afmeting van de pizza kar?

Onze karren zijn 140 cm breed, 390 cm lang en 225 cm hoog. Ze passen op de meeste straten in Amsterdam. Twijfel je over de ruimte? Neem even contact op.

Kunnen jullie dicht bij mijn huis of locatie parkeren?

We proberen altijd zo dichtbij mogelijk te parkeren. Als je straat druk is, reserveer dan bij voorkeur een parkeerplek. Op brede stoepen kunnen we soms ook staan.

Hoe snel worden de pizza’s gebakken?

Supersnel! We bakken 5 pizza’s (40 slices) per 15 minuten.

Wat is jullie annuleringsbeleid?

  • Gratis annuleren: tot 48 uur van tevoren.
  • 24 uur van tevoren: 25% van het orderbedrag wordt in rekening gebracht.
  • 12 uur van tevoren: 50% van het orderbedrag.
  • Minder dan 12 uur: volledige orderbedrag verschuldigd.
    Ter plekke mag je altijd 20% van de bestelling kosteloos annuleren.

Komen jullie ook buiten Amsterdam?

Ja, onze karren rijden ook buiten Amsterdam. Neem contact op voor de mogelijkheden en eventuele extra kosten.
